Assess Your Organization’s Strengths and Opportunities for Growth

Want to learn more about your organization’s opportunities for growth? Need more insight into whether your organization utilizes the best practices outlined by the Standards for Excellence? This assessment will provide you with a better understanding of your organization’s strengths and weaknesses in the following areas: Mission and Programs, Governance, Planning, Communications, Human Resources, Financial and Legal, and Fundraising.

The assessment will take 15 – 30 minutes to complete. You will receive your results at the end of the assessment and a copy will be provided to Vive Consulting.
