Vive Consulting (pronounced "Vee-vuh") is an imperitive interjection used in many romance languages that means to live or to succeed triumphantly. Think of Lance Armstrong yelling "Vive le Tour" after winning the Tour de France, or the phrase "Vivat Academia" that's in many a university's ceremonial song. Vive is committed to helping organizations thrive, in a sense we want organizations to "live triumphantly." Vive's President, Daniela Mead, has a B.A. in both German Cultural Studies and Latin American Studies, so a corporate name that reflected her interest in language just seemed to fit!
