Yes and no. Vive is happy to set up a retainer arrangement for ongoing services, but we insist that each distinct project be executed with a basic statement of work. We strongly believe that objectives, deliverables, and expectations must be documented and approved by our clients. We insist on having a mutually agreed upon plan of action so that we can make absolutely sure that we are meeting your needs.
